The Section 179 of the IRS code allows businesses to deduct the full purchase price of qualifying equipment purchased or financed during the tax year. That means that if you buy (or lease) a piece of qualifying equipment, you can deduct the FULL PURCHASE PRICE from your taxable gross income.
HOW IT WORKS
For example (assuming that you’re in the 35% tax bracket), if you spend $10,000 on an embroidery machine, your cash savings on your purchase after the $10,000 deduction would be $3,500, making your new lowered cost of equipment only $6,500! Our 5-year warranty is provided at no additional cost and is effective immediately following the purchase of your Ricoma embroidery machine. Ricoma will, at its option, repair or replace a product that is found defective during the warranty period. If onsite warranty work is required on a new product within the first 90 days after receipt of the product, Ricoma will cover all costs related to the service call, including parts, labor and travel. After the initial 90 days, this warranty covers parts and labor only and does not include travel expenses by Ricoma’s technicians for onsite work.
